Late for Lunch River Race

We’re hosting a river race to coincide with our friends at the Downeast Salmon Federation’s April 27 Smelt Fry.  We’ve come up with what we think is a better name for the event, the “Late For Lunch River Race”!
 
Registration for the event will begin 9:30 a.m., Saturday, April 27 at the Pleasant River Fish & Game clubhouse, 1597 Tibbettstown Rd., Columbia.
 
Safety briefing is at 10:15, and the paddling will begin at 10:30 sharp.
 
The finish line will be at the club’s takeout at the Rt.1 bridge in Columbia Falls, with winners announced at the Union Hall during the lunch hour.  Don’t be late!  There will be shuttle service provided between the takeout and the launch area.

This is a fund raiser for PRFGCA’s community service fund.  There is no entrance fee, but donations to the fund are very much appreciated, and help us help the community!
