While the Pleasant River Fish & Game Conservation Association does not give, sell, or share the personal information of any member or guest with any outside entity, it does use pictures and video from its events in informational and promotional material, both in print and online. Participation in any club event (including raffles) is regarded as implied consent to use a person’s or their minor dependent’s name or image in this manner. If you object to having your image or name published, please notify us and we will make every effort possible to accommodate your wishes. Given that our events are open to the public and the prevalence of cameras in today’s world, we have no control over others taking pictures at our events and publishing them independently of the club. They are free to do so.
